Contest Brief

I require someone to create and image based on the attached document.

The things I need are:
1. the logo in the centre
2. three segments as show but instead of kinked lines have them straight and in line with the arms and leg
3. open to colour options but happy to see black, white or centre logo colour image
4. the words Move well, eat well and think well need to be in the positions as shown, curved words to follow the shape of the sections will be considered.
Logo colour is 0, 70, 100, 0

You will supply the image in JPEG, PNG, and as a vector image. All with an alpha (empty) background. I will also want them in all white, all black and all orange.
