Contest Brief

Dear Freelancers,
I am looking for a designer who can create a company logo and brand CI for me. I need
* Full corporate identity including logo, CI colors, business cards, and design templates for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Please send me a quote for your work based on the following project description.

My company “RHV Real Estate GmbH” needs a company branding CI and logo. The company is primarily renting empty or old apartments, then takes care of the renovation and interior design to make the apartment beautiful for renting it out to travelers at AirBNB and Booking.com. The apartments will have an Asian (Bali, Thai) and modern interior design. The apartments are in South Germany and South Spain (look for Costa Del Sol, Spain). Second, the business activities we are planning for are opening a breakfast café for young moms, students and health orientated people. Fresh, healthy, organic food for everyone. The logo and CI should cover in the best case both business cases.

Colors that we like Black/White and strong red. Red is always a strong activating emotional color.
The logo will be primarily used on company letters, and as a logo for Facebook, Airbnb, Booking.com, Instagram etc.

Logo style: More corporate-like, simple, could be a play with “RHV”. RH stands for the initials of the company founder.

Please let me know what you think, and if you need further input for our quote.
We would need the logo by the end of June if possible.
