Contest Brief

Our organization Institute of Applied Psychology (https://www.iapsychology.cz/) needs to create complete design manual (including logo, name etc.) for one of our products – Online platform for psychological assessment. We focus on application of psychological principles into work environment especially into management. We create and use psychological methods such as online psychological tests, questionnaires and other forms of assessment. We use these methods to recognize competencies of employees (existing or future) to help the company with their placement, adaptation, development and work performance.

We are in a process of developing our new online platform for psychological methods and we need to create a name for it as well as complete design manual. The key words are: applied psychology, competencies, match between competencies and work role, assessment, development and growth, psychological methods, work performance. DO NOT use these words in a title, they are just for your imagination. We want the name to be creative, fresh, easily memorable, ideally not too long. The design manual should not go too far from our company's identity (see our website noted above) but the differences should be visible at first sight.

UPGRADE: based on incoming entries we decided to come up with the name ourselves - COMPASS (stands for COMpetency ASSessment), please work with this name in the logo.
