Contest Brief

Hello, I need to have a logo created. Logo is for brand named like Canada Apparel.
1. Logo should not have a whole or a little bit modified flag of Canada(country) inserted in logo.(otherwise trademark commission will not accept it).
2. BUT logo must have in it parts of a Canadian flag, like leaf and colours of Canada must be used. logo should remind parts of Canadian flag but not to copy it in full.
3. Logo must be only graphic without any text.
4. Only vector graphics are accepted as final file ( in .ai and .psd) It should be simple, lightweight but can be zoomed like any vector graphics and not loose quality
5. logo must be unique (our team will check it, try not to fool us, otherwise we will report you to freelancer.com right away.
6. please READ carefully what I wrote above, if you will not follow instructions and will offer us your drawings that have texts in it or full flag of canada or just a little but modified flag, that as I wrote above can not be used fot TM application we will also report you to this site (freelancer.com).
