I need a small website ticker. It will change monthly so I need to be able to modify the text easily. Preferably without one of our guys needing Adobe flash or another product.

It needs to be located at the top of www.ultimatewindowssecurity.com. See sample image attached. I need this today.

Hello Sir, If you want I can provide you the script, you dont need to edit it in photoshop as design will be on css file, logic on javascript file you can edit the html content anytime.
