Contest Brief

I need to have a FUN checklist designed
SUMMER CHECKLIST

Keep in Mind, the Top Reps bring very little to work, like very very little. You don’t need much!

Pillow
Toiletries (shower and hair done or hat every morning)
Protein or Vitamins
Big Boy Pants (time to man up for 16 weeks)
Comforter/Quilt/sleeping bag OR a Walmart single bed in a bag
Reusable water bottle
A favourite snack that when out in an area like trail mix or a daily protein bar
Phone Charger
Single Air mattress
Tablet and charger
Computer and charger
Headphones
Backpack/computer bag
Workout clothes
Some sort of ball or gym gear (football, baseball and glove, basketball)
Simple Jacket (one spring/fall and one for cold days)
Long-sleeved T-shirt or undershirt
Jeans, slacks and shorts (multiple of both if possible for knocking days)
2 pairs of shoes for selling (running shoes work best or slip on casual dress shoe)
Small Bag for your Clothes, (don’t bring a lot of stuff)
Sunglasses
New Socks (new big pack, nothing like new socks)
Some Blank paper
Notebook for a Journal to track areas and track your weekly Kms while working
A small pouch to hold your receipts
PJ’s or shorts and t-shirts to wear to bed
