     I just so what artnash asked you about "staggered floor". I made a concept that is entirely on one level, because when i googled that fraze all i so is laminate floor technique. Is one-level-floor acceptable concept?

     No additional building is planned. The house has to be placed centrally on the area. I can imagine to have front yard, back yard with trees and a big garden.
