Contest Brief

design a logo for a psychologist's trauma practise that resembles a change over/metamorphosis/transformation from a pupa to a butterfly. This is to symbolize the inner change that takes place and new life emerging once the person has processed trauma and is set free from their inner turmoil/entrapment. I would like to create a feel of the connection between the pupa and butterfly and if you include a branch that the branch would form part of this connection. I would like to use the logo for a website and business cards. The colours should be tranquil and I thought of a palette of blues+greens+whites (teal + turquoise). I added colour palettes I thought would be appropriate. I added some logo designs I found (there were not many with pupa and butterfly) but feel free to use your own imagination. I thought the mirror image of the faces that looked like a butterfly was cleverly done as it can have more than one interpretation depending on what you see. I liked the branch that looked like a hand which could represent the therapist in the design.

Employer Feedback

“What a great first experience on freelancer. I am impressed as to how Lida understood exactly what I wanted from the word "go" and whenever I asked her to do some changes; delivered the changes immediately. Great communication, willing to put time and effort into the project. Professional and skilled.”

I have not decided that yet. I don't want a name as part of the logo, just a logo separately. Does this help?
