Contest Brief

I am starting a company called Rate Lock Merchant Solutions. The background is in the industry i'm in, fees and rates are always misleading. They always go up after a company is quoted and their is always hidden fees. I am starting the first company who will be truly transparent. The rates and fees will be locked in for as long as the business is with our company. So the brand will have something to do with; "Are you ready to lock in those rates," or something cheesy like that. Im not too sure yet.

As far as logo design and coloration, I want it to be in strong dominate colors, yet subtle. We are a very honest company through our actions will take over and dominate an industry with over 2100 competitors.

Imagery--sunset, weather, sustainability, vegetation

Imagery--pendulum, movement, dial hands, (padlock, wires, whimsical sand dial)

Peace of mind for the test of time
Imagery--gears, growth (tree with 'in motion' gears as leaves) (fossil with imprint of padlock and vegetation)
