Contest Brief

Hi designers,

The logo is for a company called "Hashthings." It is a mobile app. A few things to consider;

-This logo must work well for a mobile screen (dimensions)
-This logo should have two parts; 1) The word "Hashthings" by itself 2) An icon that works for the app store (square in shape at 1024x1024)
-The feelings it should embody are; friendly, light, carefree, connected, social, spunky
-It should be simple yet clearly unique
-Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest all have a type/font and color that are clearly defined and with their identity, this should as well

-We had an OLD version and I've shared the images, but would like to re-invent.

Overall, the best ones are simple and unique. Gradients do not work to well here. Fonts that look like handwriting are nice. Soft edges are nice. Thanks

  Thank you for your submission! The feeling should be playful. I think this feels too "corporate" or serious. Also, I'd like the type/font to be unique, so we wouldn't want it to appear like a font anyone could use personally. Thanks again for your speedy submission!
