Design a logo for My Succession Plan, a new platform being released by Advisor Group.

DO NOT REDESIGN THE LOGO FOR ADVISOR GROUP....THIS IS NOT THE REQUEST.

About My Succession Plan
My Succession Plan is an online portal that matches financial advisors looking to sell their practice with financial advisors looking to purchase one. The site includes a powerful matchmaking tool, succession planning resources, and connection to succession planning experts to assist financial advisors through the process.

Notes: For more information/better context, please do research on succession planning for independent financial advisors.

Design Guidance:
-Logo needs to say My Succession Plan only.
-Do not include a tagline or any additional information.
-Logo should be black and white only; no color.
-Fancy mockups won't get you anywhere, please just submit a flat design.
-Logo should convey notions of succession planning , matchmaking, networking, connections and stability. Design elements could include arrows, connected lines, or something else.
-Logo should be a wordmark, primarily, with limited graphic elements...just enough to make it interesting. Think Amazon logo, as opposed to Starbucks.
-Logo should fit in the same family as the Advisor Group logo and the MyCMO logo (in attached file)
-Please DO NOT copy the speech bubble design of the MyCMO logo...this does not make sense for Succession Planning.
-Primary version of the logo should be landscape orientation.
