Contest Brief

Design a new Logo for a childcare facility. Our target audience are families with young children looking for a childcare facility to care for their child - Great Beginnings.

Our service is called Berowra Cottage Children's Centre. We are a small childcare facility in a renovated home like Cottage, so i am looking for that type of feel, home-like, inviting, but at the same time, professional.

I am looking for the both text and graphic symbol. Text should be ''The Cottage''.

We value the importance of quality care and education. Quality. We believe every child deserves excellence in early learning programs and services to make a difference in their lives and our community.

We value parent and families, and understand they play a huge role in how well we can care for children. We are situated in a close knit Community, and value their support and involvement.

I am looking for a distinctive, simple in form logo but one that has Impact, one people can recognize as soon as they see it, conveys the intended message, is Memorable and Relevant.

It must be able to be printed at any size and, in most cases, be effective without color.

Essentially i'm looking for great concept and great execution.
