Contest Brief

I need a design for a new page/s (total of 3) to be added to an existing website.

At this stage you will only need to design one of the pages using the attached content found in one of the word documents and if you win the contest you will be asked to complete all three before payment is released. The design will need to be layered in photoshop and have a similar (fonts/colours, etc) or updated/better designs to the current plum-property.com.au website. You can use some dummy/similar images for now and I may be able to source the correct images to suit the local area.

Attached is the content and you will only need to submit one at this stage. If you win you will need to complete all 3 before payment is release and submit as photoshop files.

You will not need to worry about the development side of things however just for your interest the structure that we are looking to have implemented is as follows:
- There will be a new navigation link under the ‘About’ tab as a menu item ‘Locations’. The design of this new ‘Location’ page is up to you but I’m thinking that what might work is creating tiles/images of the areas that Plum Property services such as ‘Taringa’, ‘Indooroopilly’, ‘Toowoong’ etc. (using image tiles) with text underneath linking to the specific Service Area pages, such as:

I will eventually be looking to update the entire site as well so if your designs impress me then you may acquire a lot more work related to this site. I am looking for something modern and minimal.
