Contest Brief

I am looking for a design of a poster/window card that will be used for marketing a property in a Real Estate shop front window. The design should be a universal/allow for easy amendment to change the property details every now and then.

Poster size A0 portrait orientation

The main items to be included in the poster:

Property title
Focal larger image (images attached)

Bullet point text:
A boutique development of stylish and contemporary apartments
Prime town centre location with all desired amenities in walking distance
3 minutes walking distance to upcoming Crossrail station
Commute into Paddington in 28 minutes

1 bedroom apartment from £309,000 (bold and slightly larger font from other text)

    Hi Guys, thanks for your entries. Can we try using less off the gold/yellow colour (apart from the logo ofcourse) Text looks better in white against the dark blue.
