I need a flyer with the attached text placed in a very friendly, easy to read way. Must be attractive.

Flyer size is 8.5" wide by 11" tall...full color...no bleeds. Use .25" margin all the way around page.

Please design using Photoshop or InDesign. Must be high resolution...300 dpi or more...1200 dpi for text.
