Contest Brief

We need to create a new portal with new look and new features.

We'd like to have areas to keep relation with our customers and other to our employee

We are a company specialists in BPM - Business Process Management and CRM - Customer Relationship Management.

We represent the CRM solutions of the bpm'online company , a company from Boston USA. This solutions has a big differential that the system has a BPMS integrated with the CRM solution.

We're also representing the solutions of BonitaSoft, a French company that created the BPMS BonitaSoft, a BPM Solution.

We aim is to focus our business to those solutions of our partners.

Besides that We'll be offering Training about the CRM, BPM and IT. We'd like to present the content of the courses and a form where visitors can register for courses.
Our portal was constructed in 2004 and our focus was different at that time.
Our portal's URL: http://www.itacanet.com.br (sorry it's only in Portuguese, for a while ;-).

We'd like to give a very good experience to our visitors, taking a look at the good practices of UI and UX .

We believe that the customer is the main asset of any company. We deliver solutions to help our clients to have a very good relationship with their customers.

We'd like to talk about the products (solutions), and give information about the CRM and BPM, by means of papers, videos, etc.

We'd like to keep contact with the visitors during the navigation (like with chat) to help them and also to take their contact information to include them to our leads catalog.

We'll use a Joomla responsive template.

The portal must be:
- Responsive

- Multilingual (at least English, Portuguese and Spanish).

- We'd like to see the final images according to the content.

- We'd like to receive the files HTML and CSS too.

- We'd like to see the company's logo at the proposals.

- We'd also like to receive the proposal with the pages to the Social medias, like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

The company's name is from an island, so we'd like to give to the visitor the sensation that he's visiting the island.

We'd like to see proposals that contemplate a kind of gradient from CRM, BPM and People' training.

The gradient at the background, should change according with the content. Exemple: CRM with Sky, BPM with earth ou beach and People' Training with the sea.

More details can be give by chat.

The base menu should be like: Company, CRM, BPM, Training, Contact.

* Company: Mission, Vision, Values, History, Address on the map.
* CRM: Description of the Solutions that we deliver.
* BPM: Description of the Solutions that we deliver.
* Training: Description of courses and form to inscription.
* Contact: Present options for contact - Social medias, e-mail, phone, address

      As, you are new to freelancer, so, i like to tell you about contest handover, after contest award, you move to the next stage where designer will upload file for review.................. on this stage, if you download any file after 14 days, your money will automatically released......... so, be confirm that the designer uploaded the appropriate file which is useful to you............

    I've just insert two images like vertical panoramic models.
    We'd like to use this kind of images at the back, but not as a explicit image. It should be used with a kind of filter, or defocus.

      I liked the design. It's really clean, but I couldn't see all requirements. For example: I'd like to see our business: CRM, BPM and training.
