I liked the idea the other user had of making the colors pop out, with red for lady and blue for ladyboy buttons. I think your layout looks the best, but if you can find a way to make the colors "pop" and look this clean that would be great. Right now the "sign up" button stands out very nicely, but the choice buttons are dull.
