Design a Website Mockup For Pool Service Distribution Company

Contest Brief

We have an old website at poolandpoolllc.com that was made by another company that we acquired. Our name is now poolandpooldistributors.com. We can use the same logo on that site, but am looking for a new design.

The goals are as follows:

1.) Easy design to program out in HTML5/CSS3
2.) Option to translate between English/Spanish like previous design
3.) Design Mobile & Desktop/Tablet Versions (for all pages).
4.) Designed in Photoshop CC 2014 or compatible with.

This project will have the following pages:

1.) Home page (Logo can link to home page like how scppool.com does it)
2.) Our Company (like our about page)
3.) Products Page (page to list all our products)
4.) Gallery Page (page to list images of our warehouse)
5.) Become A Customer (this is like the contact page on the old site, just different name now. Love the map to show our location on previous design)

In addition to these main pages above in the header, a design for below is needed:

6.) Generic Information Page (for all other pages a generic layout to contain the information, think FAQ, Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions pages etc...)

You should use all the product images on the poolandpoolllc.com website for mockup purposes since those are the actual images of the products.

Elements Looking For:

1.) Design should be 'stretch down' friendly so that phone number always trails the user. Refer to poolserviceusa.com for example. Just start scrolling down the page on either mobile or desktop for the website.

2.) The current page at poolandpoolllc.com seems bloated. We are looking for very simple design with contact form right on the home page much like how poolserviceusa.com is setup. Contact form would just say instead of start quote, 'Send Message'. Make sure to leave room in the design for CAPTCHA.

3.) We are NOT an E-Commerce store since we do not sell to the general public. We however do need a way to still show our products. That said, I did like the way http://www.poolsupplyworld.com/ setup their list on the left for product categories.

4.) Our biggest competitor is http://www.scppool.com/, there site is way over complicated though in my opinion (except for their home page). I like how they incorporate the supplies in the background of their design and we should do something similar so visitors know we are distribution. Another sample competitor is http://www.wholesalepoolsandsupplies.com/, I like how they use a video to market their supplies.

5.) Page should include footer area as well, with links to 'Contact us | FAQ | Privacy Policy | Site Map | Terms & Conditions'. These pages do not need mockups.

I will post updates as I find more competitors and post what I like about their sites.

:: IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING YOUR TIME ::

Because there is many pages in this (and this is a contest), please design HOME PAGE first, if I comment that your design is heading in the right direction then you can start designs for the other pages this way you are not wasting your time in case I didn't like the direction. I will comment on every design whether I like the design or not every 12 to 24 hours.

  Hi, this is only for Photoshop design, no coding, I will hire a separate company after this to do the design, but a properly labeled Photoshop CC 2014 Compatible file is needed so that I can modify the design as necessary to provide the programmer (either myself or a company). Yes $200 is total price and that only goes to the winner of the contest. If you feel you can make a great design that follows the instructions I laid out I will give feedback every step of the way. I have another project design wise for the winner as well regarding a big software distribution project I'm working on as well.
