Contest Brief

We are looking to have a quick and simple order form designed and created for our most basic Notary Public products. We are looking for a more modern look so fonts would be either Gothic or Montserrat type font families.

Acorn Order Form – is an older form we used to use but I marked out sections that are not applicable for this.


With this form it should be self-explanatory, and we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to follow

It could contain something as (ballpark suggestions)

Step 1 – Type of Product you are looking for (Round or Rectangle Notary Stamp)
Step 2 – Type of Stamp Mount you want (Regular, Self Inking, Slim)
Step 3 – Any Extras (Ink Refills or PDF Proofs)
Step 4. – Notary Information
Step 5 – How to Contact You and do you want to pick this up or have us ship

Our two main product codes are 1011 for the Round Notary Stamp
and 1090 for the Rectangular Notary Stamp



Size Parameters:
A4 or 8-1/2” x 11” Sheet of Paper

Deliverables:
8-1/2” x 11” PDF File
Illustrator or Corel Draw Files
EPS File both a version with outlines and one with editable text

I have included a vector image of a sample seal that can be used, along with some high res photos that you are free to use.
