Contest Brief

Please design an eye catching easy to read flyer to encourage people to have a fundraiser with us! This will be printed in black and white so I do not need color. Please include our attached logo and the text below - feel free to be creative with the layout and how the text is presented. Below is the text to be included on the 8 1/2 x 11inch flyer.( I will need this in both pdf & psd files.)

Will you consider partnering with us for your next fundraiser?

You will receive $2.81 profit from each pretzel that you sell. Sarah's Gourmet chocolate covered pretzels wholesale cost is $3.19 each. You will be selling them for $6.00. That’s nearly 50% for your organization!

Not only will you will experience the satisfaction of knowing that almost 50% of your purchase is benefiting your local fundraiser, but it’s actually a double benefit fundraiser. We will be donating an additional 10% of purchase proceeds to helping children rescued out of trafficking in America to have the opportunity to recover and heal at a safe place.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
You have 2 easy options:
Option #1:
Simply buy the pretzels ahead of time and have your organization sell them to family/friends/neighbors…or set up somewhere to sell them (concession stands, craft fairs, at a local store)…the options are limitless…
Option #2:
We provide the order forms.
Orders are due 2 weeks before delivery date.
Payment in full due at order placement.
No refunds/cancellations/changes to orders after placement/payment.
You will need to separate your orders. If you want us to deliver the pretzels in boxes separated and ready for delivery there is an extra $5 fee per child’s order form. (For example: if one child sell/orders 50 pretzels on his order form, he will get all of those pretzels in one box for him to distribute. This does not mean that if one child sells 50 pretzels to 10 people that they will be divided into 10 different boxes).

We provide free delivery (within 1 hour drive from Johnstown, PA) to one designated location with minimum of 200 pretzels sold. If under 200 pretzels sold, $75 delivery fee applies or you can opt to pick up at our location in Dunlo, PA for free!

We guarantee our pretzels to arrive in excellent condition. After we drop them off or you pick them up, our responsibility has been fulfilled. Please remember to store pretzels at ROOM TEMPERATURE, do not refrigerate (as this will cause condensation and possibly cause white streaks in chocolate). Please take time to remind your students/parents that chocolate covered pretzels melt - Make sure they are completely covered from any sun coming through car windows. They will do fine in an air conditioned vehicle with the box closed so no sunlight can melt them. During colder months they need to be away from heat vents in vehicle during delivery so they do not melt. Lastly, be sure to not allow pretzels to remain in vehicle overnight as the change in temperature may cause condensation altering their fine artisan appearance.
