Contest Brief

We have developed some proprietary models to support our management consultants in advising our clients on all HR related matters. The below describes the models, and where we'd like distinctive icons, including:

Our 3Cs; Cause, Capability, Culture. These represent the 3 key areas in which an organisation needs to consider it's people-related activities. We need an icon for each of the 3 Cs (model is shown on page 3 and page 4 of the attached, please disregard the current icons!)

People Principles: Under each of the 3Cs sits a series of people principles or objectives that an organisation should aspire to achieve. We need an icon for each one (listed in the attached document on page 11, first column). We also need a graphic that brings together each of the People Principles (and their icons) with the 3Cs.

Under the Capability heading there are 4 considerations (shown on page 6 of the attached) - we need icons for each of the 4 and a graphic that brings them all together in summary form.

4 Dimensions: We have another model that guides employee engagement strategies ("4 Dimensions Model") which is also shown in the attached and covers PURPOSE, PROGRESS, PATHWAYS and PAY. Each is explained to some degree on page 8 and page 9 of the attached and we need an icon for each of the 4 Dimensions and also a graphic that provides an overview of the whole model together.

I have attached our style guide also for information on company colours etc - obviously we'd like to see the designs build on what's in the guide.

We do not have access to any fancy design software so we need icons we can use in Microsoft Word, PPT and on our website without additional software.
