Contest Brief

We are looking for someone to design a nice modern theme for Addy.us, for both the landing page (Page1.pdf), as well as the form (Page2.pdf). Please follow the layout and contents of these wireframes closely. Also attached, in several formats, is the site logo.

The design style we want is very clean and modern, with a good crisp feel for mobile and to appear more as a web app than a standard website. Examples of design styles that we like include billbuddy.co.uk, along with 3 StyleExample images. We have been considering using blue as background color with white/light text, but are open to various concepts.

We would like this delivered in a format that is easy to slice for our developers to easily convert the pages to html/wordpress, and there may be additional paid work awarded to the winner to design additional pages of the site.
