Contest Brief

Hi I am looking for someone to create my website. The website needs to be designed with Word Press, as it must be ready to link to Crazy Domains.
I am looking for some one that can suggest ideas and can work without me holding their hand.
My business is in the Pest Control industry and the business name is "Pest Control Maintenance".
I need a fresh and new dynamic website with high quality pictures, which looks very corporate and modern and nothing like the websites we see here in Australia.
I would like it to be simple and with minimal pages, i would like the first page to have a slide show with up to 3-4 pictures showing:
1. Sydney;
2. Stainless steel kitchen;
3. Happy family in front of their house; and
4. Business (eg. cafe shop, take away store/ restaurant).
It does not need to be in this order.
The next page to be 'Services', next page "Products" and "Contact us" followed by "FAQ" and "Price" (6 pages all together).
The first file attached is the company log.

The second file is a picture of how i would like the front page to look like. This is where I would like the slide show to be and have pictures not drawings of the insects/pests.
The website will need to be usable-across both platforms pc and mobile phone.
I dont have a lot of time and would like this completed ASAP.
I also need to be able to edit and the site to be user-friendly for myself.
