I need a paint over/photoshop work done on the cover image(IMG_3560.PNG).
The composite image needs to have a 'Paint over' style and color scheme similar to the example (IMG_3561.PNG).

The intention is to have a separate artist do the typography after the image is completed.

** There is a graphical flaw in the original image, a light haze left over from the transparency of the city. (half way up the image). when people are using filters, the haze becomes highlighted. Since the request is for a *paint over*, (where the artist uses a brush and adds a new layer and paints over the image), this haze should not appear in the final image.

** FInal size should be 6x9/300dpi/and 1600x2400

Please use the attached color pallet from the reference image (IMG_3561.PNG).

You did not have time to finish the "paint-over" to the other participants who were really painting ... and you paid $200 for photos retouched with filters ... bah!

  One more thing of concern. Unless you confirm you own copyright on all the images in your source file, then it would be a breach of the site terms and conditions for me to submit an entry.
  You are requesting a commercial license & t looks to me like you don't own these images, so I have legal concerns.

Hello, dear employer! I have a question ... just to be totally sure :)
Should we make a paint-over of the same image "img_3560.png", but with the color palette of "img_3561.png"?
It's like that, right?
