Contest Brief

I have an office building that I am turning into a place where I can rent individual offices to freelancers, writers, designers, etc. Break room, common area, networking opportunities, etc.
This is a popular concept across the US
I am looking for a NAME for this business and a simple logo
Something a little creative, NOT silly or playful, very professional and classy. Not classy like a fancy attorney’s office but high end for sure.

I included detailed notes and examples I like (and don't) in the attached Word document complete with screenshots and links to check out.
