Contest Brief

We are in the process of starting our leasing of our student housing project in Tampa, Florida, USA. We are converting a former office building located at 220 E Madison Street, Tampa Florida 33602 into student housing.

This contest is to develop a marketing flyer so that we can post at the University of Tampa and USF Medical School for this project.

The deliverables will include:
• One marketing flyer that can be printed on an 8.5-inch x 11-inch paper and as a 24 x 36 in poster

We will want it in the following high resolution formats:
• EPS
• GIF
• JPEG
• TIFF
We also want the original source files so that it can be easily edited in the future.

Our Location: This project is located in Downtown Tampa that has been experiencing a high level of growth recently and is becoming a hip/urban place to live.

We are located about 4 blocks away from the University of Tampa. There are several “luxury” apartments that many of the students have been living but they are significantly more expensive than what we are going to be charging. Some of these properties include:

Our Name: The current name of our project is 220 Madison.
Our Target Market: We are looking to attract University of Tampa (4 blocks away), Stetson Law School (2 KM away) and the University of South Florida Medical School that is scheduled to open in 2019 (8 blocks away).

Purpose: The purpose of this marketing flyer is to start promoting the project and start getting leases.

Call to action: We want students to get excited about this property and do the following:
• Apply online (emebdeded QR code going to www.220madisontampa.com)
• Follow us on Facebook (ebbeded QR code going to www.facebook.com/220madison)
• Spread the word on social media

Brand Development: Given that we expect a large portion of our students to come from the University of Tampa, it makes sense that our branding align closely with theirs. Their branding and guidelines can be found at https://goo.gl/sdsWV8

    I really think that the floor plans should be highlighted. I think showing the students the different floor plans is one of the key deliverable of this poster. They will want to start to get roommates based on the floor plans.
