Contest Brief

We are planning a picnic with live entertainment (4 local artists) fundraiser for The Fighting Lives Charity Trust on 29/06/2016 from 10am to 2pm at the Doc Jubber Hockey Field (Rugby Street, Windhoek). There will be stalls with individuals selling homemade items (as well as other goods), as well as a food and hot beverage stand (alcohol will be sold by the venue and does not directly form part of the event). There will also be jumping castles for the children’s entertainment, as the event is aimed at families with children.
