Contest Brief

Hello, I need someone with Wordpress experience to fix some small problems in my landingpage www.drsmartphone.net.
1. Make the contact form work
2. Delete a sentence from my page
3. Remove "leave a post" from 3 pics
4. Add a small Brasil flag with a weblink to our Brasil company

Its not a lot of work, however I dont know wordpress so I need someone to fix this for me. The previous guy who should fix it (paid him for it) seems to busy with new projects since I alerady paid him. So if anyone can fix this quickly let me know since I want to start promoting my site. Might have more work in the future as well.
