Contest Brief

Needing a preliminary floor plan for an approx. 4300 sq ft building. We have an existing site plan with a footprint for the building. We would like to see 2000 sq ft shell office space with 2 bathrooms and then three small residential units with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in each unit.

Requests:

Office space will be located on the left side and have separate entry from residential units.

Residential units will show kitchens, closets and closets for stackable laundry.

Note: access to all the units will need to be from the parking lot (north side). We can’t build in the buffer area.

I added a picture with the scale. The 15’ buffer and 16’ PUE can give you a rough idea for measurements if you can somehow calculate that. This is a preliminary so just trying to get a rough idea for the floor plan. It can be in this shape or you can be creative and do something different. The parking lot will be as shown in the picture and the entry doors need to be toward to parking lot (north) side. Thanks again
