Design Requirements for a Bungalow with Airbnb Potential

Project Overview:

We are planning a bungalow that will serve as both a private residence and an Airbnb rental. The primary focus is on creating a modern, private, and visually captivating space that can accommodate a maximum of two adults and a small child.

Existing Structure:

The foundation is in place, and the roof is installed, but we are open to modifications and potential expansion within the existing framework. We dont like much doors so please make it open.

Design Requirements:

Sleeping Area:
• The sleeping area should offer privacy from the main entrance.
• Incorporate a modern bed and a stylish partition or room divider(s).
• A TV wall that allows the TV to be visible from both the bed and a seating area.
• Include a cozy seating arrangement with a small coffee table.
• Incorporate some mirrors to enhance the sense of space (bed).

Workspace:
• Create a small functional workspace with a desk that offers a view of the TV and outside.

Kitchen:

• Design a kitchen with approximately 4 meters in length, featuring two IKEA Knoxhult elements and space for a 75cm deep refrigerator. Same like the picture of our kitchen.

Indoor Bathroom:

• Include a discreetly placed laundry (washtower) unit in the bathroom.
• Install a sink with like IKEA GODMORGON set and a toilet.
• Acces to Outdoor Shower garden Area

Outdoor Bathroom:

• The bathroom should have access to an outdoor shower and a spa bathtub for two.
• The outdoor space will be landscaped with plants and greenery.
• Create a small, covered seating area for relaxation.
• The mesurements on the PDF for the bathromm and outdoor shower are the maximum possibel mesurments, it could be smaller and have some round corners.

Terasse:

• The terrase should have a small Patio for BBQ (left side) and will provide the main entry (right side) to the house
• The windows can be placed like you wish the best view offers the side oft the terasse

Additional Requirement:

• We are seeking multiple design proposals 2D (3-4) and 3D , both with and without expanding the existing structure. For instance, the PDF document shows an expansion to accommodate the kitchen and IKEA PAX wardrobe. Please consider this flexibility in your designs.
Please note that the dimensions of the existing framework (steel post) are fixed as per the PDF document. We eagerly await proposals from designers who can bring this vision to life. I would be happy to discuss the samm project in advance or answer your question during the process. the 3D rendering can be done once the 2D approch haave been aproved. I will also need the mesurements for our starting with the job. Good and fast work wil be honored extra. We stil have more to design and we will be happy to find a designer for our future projexts too.

Thank you very much for your ideas, please note that I dont want doors inside except the door to the toilet area. Pls work also with a lot of glaswindows to make sure that the garden is visibel. I just want to be protectet from the side of the kitchen and main entrance from my coworkers.
