Contest Brief

-I am needing a flyer to be designed for my new website, LGSTEX.com, the logistics Exchange. This flyer will need to be one page in length. I am including an outline for the flyer along with a flyer I had made previously for another company of mine.
-I am providing two main items with this. One being a flyer I had made previously for another company of mine. It is called ‘Template Flyer’ The second document is a word document ‘Lgstex-Flyer’ containing the changes I would like to be made to it.
-The flyer(Template Flyer) I am providing has a layout which I like and I have put together the word document ‘Lgstex Flyer’ as it contains the new text and info on the pics which I would like to be changed.
-The example flyer is focused toward the industrial equipment world whereas this website is geared towards logistics. As such, I will be providing new pictures to be used in the appropriate places. All of the background pictures will need to be logistics-related and as such I am providing pics to use.
-I am including a picture from that is a screenshot of the logo on my website currently. If it doesn't work as the main logo(in the upper left-hand side) of the .DOCX file included I will pay a bonus if a new logo is created.
I would like any logo created to be simple and incorporate the ‘LGSTEX’ Name.
-I have included about 9 photos. Please incorporate in whatever manner you deem best to create an end product which is both professional and eye-catching at the same time. Just in the slots on the .DOCX file I need the pics to match...ie....Land=Land Pic...Sea=Sea Pic
-I will require all the files to be included and will need for the flyer to be rendered in vector. This flyer will serve as a stylistic template for my other flyers which I will be designing from it.
