     The leaf thing and the banner are overlapping into each other. #2 would look fine if it had better background image like #8 and a nice boarder?

     It's getting better. The darker color works. However, the thing under the circle is over powering. It's should be simple yet strong. Moreover, I like the year under the banner like in #2
