Contest Brief

I would like idea on how to finish a new build powder room. The main colors in the house are navy blue, light gray, white. The powder room has 9' 2" ceilings is 5' wide and 8" long. I would put in a 36" vanity. I have uploaded an example of the vanity I like. One wall light is is centered above vanity on wall . as well there is a wall that can hang from center of ceiling. The window is 30" x 30" Flooring is light colored wood look tile. Please draw in 5" plain square white base board. Files called idea 1 2 and 3 are just inspiration photos so you can get the idea of what I like.
Need ideas for lighting
Need ideas for mirror
Need idea for tile if any
Need idea for blank 8" long wall. art or paneling?

    the picture called '' powder room vanity '' is the vanity you want? Can I alter the color or should it be the same as the image?
