I need a really good Real Estate Sales marketing plan for charlespatrickrealtors.com. I need a complete revamp of the website and a full digital and offline marketing plan written up, step by step. I need to generate leads for clients. I am an agent and need to get leads for people listing their homes or people that are looking to buy homes, or both! I am located in North New Jersey, USA, the name of the company is Charles Patrick Realtors located in Morris Plains, NJ. I suggest we focus all seo optimization on Local SEO. Remember we need to create a completely customized marketing plan for a real estate agent company looking to generate as many leads as fast as possible while building a strong organic website platform that is seo optimized and drives in lots of organic traffic.

Please correct me if I am wrong. Here is my understanding of your requirement: 1. Create sales funnel to convert visitors to clients who would list on your site. 2. Create the profile of ideal customer (Persona)3.Provide strategies and action plan to get traffic from paid and free online sources to your site ( targeted the customer person and limited to Morris Plains NJ). 4. Strategies and action plan to offline marketing.

1. site can’t be reached. 2. you said you need to revamp it: do you mean new design, new functionality (both client side and back-end)? Do you have a list clients who placing listings or need to attract them? Leads for clients: leads only form NJ or from other states as well? Just a few questions to start discussion.
