Contest Brief
I need an urgent Design concept based on a free hand sketches in addition to a clean and neat Auto cad drafting ,3d photorealistic shots and Improvement for Hotel Project ( basement+ground +2 floors +roof )
The winner must provide the followings:
1-Neat clean Autocad plans with dimensions ,
2-Exterior shot showing the entrance ,drop in and front elevation
3-Interior Shot of the Entrance showing reception and waiting luxury and elegant .
3-Structural intial Column concept in plans
4-Creative and practical Improving for the design concept .
Please save your effort to the design quality and shots ,3 d plans is not mandatory.
Attached: Plot ,freehand plans sketches, old concept drawings, initial auto cad for the site plan,.
All internal walls must be 20cm except the toilets dividers .
** We are quite open for Improving the concept with the requirements .
***The winner might be awarded also to do the Architectural working drawings immediatly after approval if he is cabable .

I finally submit my entry #42 . As you said before, the building located in beach. So I want make the building shines at night with curtain wall in facade. People can have beatiful the view inside and good experiences! If i have enough time, i can make it better! Any way, thank for contest, it is new experience for short time to do project. Thanks!
