Contest Brief

I am looking to a do a loge for my company (The Timber Show). I plan to use the logo as a patch sewed on hats. I have attached an rough draft example of what I want it to look like. This design is several Mallard Ducks flying down around this tree (without leaves). The logo needs to have the rounded boarder.

The logo needs to have "The Timber Show" in the design similar to the one I have attached. Add the "TM" to the bottom right of logo like in the example.

I am open to a more creative version.

For colors, I want the art and words to be the Military green color that I have attached. I want the background of the logo, inside the rounded rectangle, to be the Khaki color I have attached.
