Contest Brief

two clouds with faces one cloud has a happy face on it with an angel standing on it and the other could has a crying face with tears falling like its rain with a devil on the cloud. Then below the clouds is a field of sunflowers with faces on them with different expressions, and a man wearing a white hazmat suit and gas mask standing in the field. The sunflowers under the crying cloud all have sad faces. Hopefully thats easier to understand ,also i was thinking for it to be like cartoonish figures,clouds,sunflowers,pretty much everything to have a cartoonish feel.All of that inside a 4 line box type figure with the word "decide" outside of the each line,like the photo below(not the art work below just the outline and words is how i want mine but with the word "decide")
