Contest Brief

The winner of this contest i have initiated will win the entire prize of $150 AUD. What i'm looking for is a contestant who abides by my aim and uses his own ideas and visions to help me achieve this product. I am looking to create this image to be used as a wallpaper to be printed with a perfect pixel resolution and perfect pixel density such that it can be printed on a 2400dpi printer to produce a high quality portrait wallpaper at the dimensions of 2320mm height by 8500mm wide.

Objective: This image is to be used as a wallpaper to cover an entire wall in an office of a travel agency business. The product of this image must abide by the following guidelines/instructions:
1. Majority/All of the images must abide to the structure one of the images attached, whereby at the bottom of the image, it includes a view of the seabed which then transitions into the brim of the ocean, the land, the building and then finally the sky. This structure is the major aspect of the wallpaper, however personal ideas or external ideas are encouraged as additions to this structure to create an innovative overall final product that would impress and award such a devoted contestant with the best idea to a $150AUD bank deposit.
2. Attract customers and present and create a welcoming and cheerful enviroment and it should thus be covered with as much bright and exciting colours (such as the blue light on the wallpaper of a sunny beach and the bright green of trees present in these wallpapers aswell). Contestants do not have to be abide completely by the only 2 colours i listed in the brackets above.
3. Images in the wallpapers must be present such that viewers are provoked to travel to similiar particular environments and thus, the environments presented must be appealing such as skylines views, secluded beaches, landmarks, etc and places that people can travel (ie. no forests, swamps, lakes, sewers, mines, etc). NO PEOPLE OR PUBLIC MUST BE VISIBLE IN THE FINAL PRODUCT.
4. As this image is to be put in a travel agency, there must be planes present in the sky, with it's visibility in a manner such that it is well suited to the environment. ie. for a beach setting, the plane should be slightly visible (almost like a bird) and for a skyline view (the plane can be much more visible such that the logo of the plane can be read), etc. Insert logos of Malaysia, Singapore airlines where possible.
5. The settings, timing must be variable where best suited (e.g a beach in hawaii is best suited with the mid day bright sun, the hong kong skyline if it it selected is best suited at night time due to it's outshining light show every night).
6.The sea section of the defined structure must not occupy majority or half of the image. It must be restricted to a maximum of 30% of the image. Within the ocean, there must be multiple attractive fish(like an aquarium tank) with many different eye-catching colours.

I have attached images in this listing, to aid contestants with ideas that have appealed to me but not by themselves and I'm looking for contestants to make a perfect combination with some/all of the ideas presented in the photos and then work alongside my direction and then employ some further ideas of their own to create the final product.

In summary, we begin with a picture of the seabed which stretches alongside the entire image, then one image of land (but this image will have various landmarks from around the world i.e. Eiffel Tower, leaning tower of Piza, NYC, Pyramids etc - these are just examples please feel free to choose your own famous landmarks. And then finally, there will be one SKY scape with planes flying (You may be creative and attempt to have the sky scape half light and half day - even though its the same image).Above the sea bed it would be good if we could have some cruise ships present. We are presenting an image which will attract people to our travel agency with multiple logos from ships, countries and airlines.
