<Technology Description>
This technology is a technology to respond to two or more remote assistance requests from two or more vehicles. One of the problems that can be anticipated is that when two or more remote assistance requests are issued from two or more vehicles in the same time zone, it is difficult to efficiently process these requests. To solve this problem, this technology organizes at least two vehicles that have requested remote assistances in the same time zone into at least one group based on positions and travel directions of these vehicles. This technology also determines for each group an assistance order of at least one vehicle included in the group.
