We need landscaping ideas for this house. The outside of the house isn’t very appealing so looking for ways to take away from the house and make it stand out to get it sold with landscape! It is 60 feet across the front. We are in Louisiana about 60 miles from the Gulf. It is hot, humid, dry right now but can be rainy at times. The house colors will stay the same for the most part. Looking for a way to jazz it up and make it stand out for when they take the listing picture. Looking for something on the right side to take away from the plainess in between the two windows. Also would like to hide the bottom of the fireplace so maybe a small tree in front. I need something that can wow potential buyers. The inside is amazing. We just need help to make the outside look amazing as well!

We are in Lousiana, about 60 miles from the Gulf. It is hot, humid, dry right now but we do have rainy times. I am just looking for that idea that stands out. I do like the walkway from the front door. This was a flip house and the inside is awesome but the outside needs help. We thought maybe a vertical fence on the driveway side, walkway from door curved to the driveway and really need to figure out the area on the right side that is plain between the windows. The roof has to stay, the brick will also stay white. The house will stay the same for the most part. Just looking for a way to jazz it up a bit and make it stand out for the listing photo.
