UPDATE 10/19 : There are a lot of great designs. I took a photo of the main cypress tree on the property that might provide inspiration to the design. The trunk and shape are the main things that we'd like to see represented. SEE NEWLY ATTACHED FILE. We do like the impressionist designs of the tree but we'd love to see the unique trunk and shape incorporated. Good luck!

Logo design for a relaxing bed & breakfast and spa in the Texas Hill Country located on Cypress Creek. The copy/text needed for the logo is "Creekhaven Inn & Spa" Please visit creekhaveninn.com for more information on the property. UPDATE: The trees on the property are actually bald cypress, not cypress. I apologize for any confusion. Any previous entries might want to update the design to be considered.

The design would be used for all advertising materials including some merchandise such as t-shirts and coffee mugs. Text only designs will not be considered. Incorporating image elements such as a creek or a bald cypress tree into the design would be obvious choices but curious to see what everyone comes up with. A design with a cypress tree and a creek might be appropriate. No preference on color and style choices. Good luck!

UPDATE: We have a lot of great submissions but many include elements that are out of place for a bed and breakfast in Texas. Such as mountains. This is not a Colorado property, we're in the Texas hill country. Please, no further designs with mountains. We're on a small creek with towering bald cypress trees. Those elements are more what we're looking for. Thank you for taking the time to submit your design. We appreciate the skill that y'all have!

NEW UPDATE: Here is a link to a gallery that has photos of the largest most prominent bald cypress tree that is on the property. We'd love to see a design that has something similar to it. It's very distinctive due to the large recess in the base of the trunk.
