Hello!

I need a logo for a Stomatology/Dentist Clinic. I got some hints about it:

- I want a tooth shape made using vector lines, just like the deer symbol found in the attachements;
- Colors of the lines should be: turqoise, grey and perly white and the symbol should be colored by a gradient composed by those colors.
- The clinic name is: Dr. Nadejde Bianca

Finally, I would need the source file (psd, illustrator, etc.) and the logo with transparent background (png).
