I like the use of the dark charcoal colour, but needs to mix with a brighter colour (Orange or Fire colour seems to pop nicely). I really like the way #41 is futuristic, 3D and crisp.
Please put more emphasis on the words "United Coal Holdings" not the letters "UCL"
Remember that the logo will be on a white background so make sure it works with your design.
