Contest Brief

I am needing an attractive logo, relating to both the solar field and real estate.
The logo will go on all my marketing, including my real estate sign.
My background-I am a solar educator who sells real estate. I am creating a teaching and a real estate sales website so I need something that people can relate to and say - that is great.
I own solar home training.com and have a logo there, but I need something completely different. Something with a catchy or sharp look -more of a marketing type of approach so I can sell more houses. I like an upscale look since most of my clients have already invested in solar or will want to know if owning solar makes a difference in the way there home cost out.
My market is mainly home owners who want to move. They have nice houses. They own solar. The solar on the house saves them money by giving them lower electric bills. This will help them get more money for the house and the solar is understood and exlpained well to the new owner, which starts a great relationship for me. So, I sell the house, and work with the new owners as a solar consultant, too.
Another thing this website or logo and names will be used for is carrying a new message to people that solar and real estate go together, so it has to be cutting edge. People should want to learn about it and me by going the the website. It is ok if people use it for education to learn more. It should be attrictive for both real estate agents and for residential home clients.
