„Block am See“ ist meine Wortmarke für einen Wohnblock mit Mietwohnungen. Unter dieser Wortmarke möchte ich die Mietwohnungen besser vermarkten. Eine HomePage mit aktuellen Informationen und geschichtliche Hintergründe, aktuell freie Wohnungen, nützliche Informationen rund um Wohnen und Umgebung. Um zusätzlich Traffic zu generieren möchte ich die Social Media Kanäle nutzen. Um das zu realisieren möchte ich ein kreatives Logo, einprägsam, frisch und modern.

Das Logo sollte nicht zu „exklusiv“ / teuer wirken. Es soll signalisieren hell, freundlich, wohnlich, familiär, unter Freunden. Siehe Logobeispiele in den Dateien.

Please note that the idea is to have something including the sea and the block of flats, nothing that looks too expensive. It should signal elements of community living, child friendliness, and being among friends. I was hoping for something almost comic-style like as illustrated with the three examples posted in the original description.
