Contest Brief

I am looking for a graphic designer to create a logo for a fishing tournament with a fire department theme. The tournament is called "Smoke on the water" and takes place on the detroit Michigan river. It will be created as a large sticker for the winners boat. The design should incorporate a year followed by "CHAMPIONS" (ie: 2023 CHAMPIONS) and be prominently displayed. I want this to look as "cool" as possible.

Design Elements:
- The logo should incorporate specific colors and design elements that I have in mind. Try to incorporate the classic fire department maltese (cross), a walleye fish, and perhaps some smoke and a boat?

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience in creating logos
- Familiarity with fishing and fire department themes
- Ability to incorporate specific design elements and colors as per my requirements
