Contest Brief

We need a distinctive identity for a YouTube show.
The show is a vlog of a guy travelling the world in a small aeroplane without a precise route.
Multiple versions of the logo must be produced, as the logo will go on many different support (plane fuselage, promotional business cards, and the YouTube show itself, etc)

    Keep also in mind that the logo must have a MONOCHROME version that works well. The plane will have a mat gold wrapping so the logo will appear black there. On the YouTube show, full colours will be used. No restrictions on the colours, but some matt light gold might work well to remind of the colour of the plane.

    The link provided is a 'mood board' and discussion document for the VISUAL IDENTITY of the show.
    When thinking of the visual identity, you need to take into consideration that the logo will appear
    -on the plane itself (look it up, it’s a P68 Observer)(it will be displayed on the sides + on the top wings when looking from above)
    -on promotional business cards that will be widely distributed
    *AN MORE IMPORTANTLY*
    On screen in the YouTube show, in ‘full-screen mode’ during the intro and as a smaller ‘stamp’ logo all the time during the show itself. The examples you see on the google doc are from a French TV show, simply to give an idea of how a visual identity appears on the screen.

    Ask yourself how to be distinctive, unique, memorable. And stand clear of the usual ‘corporate identity’ style. It’s a show, not a business :-)
