Contest Brief

Hi. I'm looking for a number of suggestion for a new logo for my company. Pretty basic, but I'd like suggestions for an actual Logo, slogan, and smaller ones for favicon etc.
Ideally, we'd like to keep a very similar trend to what we have, but simplify it somewhat. We are a travel agency, so we're very keen on something not too dissimilar to AirBnB's logo, that they have in the top left of their website.
Please see attached files of what we have currently.
We'd also like ideas for a rating system we have for our hotels (1 leaf, 2 leaves, 3 leaves, 4 leaves, 5 leaves - see images attached).
