IMPORTANT: Please NO MOCKUP! I want to see the plain logo in color, positive, negative and stacked to fill a social media profile pic.

DESCRIPTION
I need a New Logo for website traduzioninaati.it.
The website provide certified NAATI translations, those translations are the only one legally accepted in Australia.
I am looking for a professional and creative logo designer to create a new logo for this brand.

Customer Target:
Any Age
The logo must have a youthful but at the same time institutional appearance and show seriousness, confidence, security and inspire trust to our customers.
You can use the actual website as reference for the main colors and I accept your suggestions or new proposal.

LOGO GUIDELINES
The Logo is mainly typografic and is composed of 2 words:
1) "Traduzioni" which means translations.
2) "NAATI" which identify the certification.
IMPORTANT, please note that N.A.A.T.I. has dots because is an acronim, but is not essential to keep the acronim in the logo.
-- I will also accept proposal with a caracteristic Symbol/icon/Mark added to the logo

Color Preferences:
While the actual logo is a simple black on white (and is maded in pure fonts) I am open to suggestions and new ideas.
I wouldn't mind to accept your proposal with or without the website colors (the website has a hero image with a gradient from green to purple, Green)

COPYRIGHTS and LICENSES:
All works has to be 100% original, not similar to, or adapted from other works you may have done in the past. There must not be any copyrights or any other intellectual legal infringements.
All files provided must be 100% royalty free.

LOGO TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS DETAILS
ORIENTATION
The logo must look nice in the following
- 1x Rectangular Horizontal (landscape - left to right)
- 1x Rectangular Vertical (Portrait - Up to down)
- 1x To be placed in a Square or Circle (like social media profile pics/icon - Favicon)

COLORS
For EACH ORIENTATION above:
- 1x Monocromatic POSITIVE (black on White/light background) and 1x NEGATIVE
- 2x Gray scaled/shaded -- POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
- 2x Color scaled/shaded -- Black/White to Single color POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
- 1x Fully colored

FILE FORMATS:
FOR EACH ORIENTATION AND COLORS
- Original vectorized source .AI (adobe Illustrator) + Fonts
- Original Vectorized source .PDF
- Must include also the FONTS with all the styles (bold italic etc)
- JPG Format 50.000px on the longest side
- PNG Transparent 50.000px on the longest side
- Logo/brand guidelines/Manual must be provided example: https://dribbble.com/tags/manual%20logos

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong portfolio of logo design projects
- Experience in branding and creating logos for various industries
- Ability to work with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through design
- Knowledge of design software and tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
