Contest Brief

We need a logo + Symbol for our Art based video production brand. It must have a 'classic' feel similar to the logos on this page - Here are some examples of 'classic' logos :https://au.pinterest.com/jakeando/classic-logo-design/

The logo and symbol will need to be created in Illustrator so we can animated if we please.

The name of the brand is: Artistry
I will give a full artistic license (you can design whatever you like), including new font and symbol.

The brand produces video content and our for more information please visit our website: www.artistry-tv.com

I tend to prefer the class and authentic designed logos (google it) but again it's completely up to you.

If you wish to add some words (not required), here are some you can use:
"discover the creative arts"
"est 2010"
"art collective"
"discover the arts"
- feel free to use your own - again this is not a mandatory requirement.

UPDATE: Please do not use video references, play buttons or film in the symbols.

Ok here's the fist set of feedback which at the time applies for all submissions. You have all gone for a modern-ish look, i was hoping for a more classic style logo. Remember this is a not hi-tech company.

FYI - i just rejected most of the logos as they didn't follow the brief. Some where good logo's but not appropriate for an art brand. I rejected them to give better guidance for what i'm looking for. Number #12 is the closest but it's a copy of a previous winner they did, therefore i feel i can't use it. It's an art brand, therefore needs to be orginial.

Contest update - the logos need to be a 'classic' style. Also avoid using video play buttons, cameras and film in the design.
